time. "3X+" and "6x" reflect the discounted rates for advertisers
who are in three - six consecutive issues with any display ad.
Payment:
At the time of signed business agreement, ½ of
the total 1st issue is due. Design, photography, and additional
services are due, in full at the time of signing. Options for
subsequent invoices are as follows: automatic draft on credit
card, pre-authorized checking or by email invoice. Invoices are
sent on the 1st of the month, and due on the 10th of the month.
Invoices not paid in full by the 10th will incur a 10% service
fee. Automatic draft and pre-authorized checking will be processed
on or near the 1st of the month.

All advertisements will be reviewed and are subject
to approval by maximum outdoors publishing staff prior to their
placement. We reserve the right to refuse to provide advertising
services to any advertiser or to reject any banner or directory
listing deemed offensive or inappropriate.
Advertisements of sites are expressly prohibited if
they:
