IMPORTANT NOTE TO SCORER AND REGISTRANT:  The following downloadable forms were created by Thompson Temple, founder of Records of Exotics.  If your animal qualifies, and you desire to have it in the Records of Exotics book, you will need to follow the directions on the scoresheet.   For the purposes of the Texas Exotic Challenge, you do not need to submit any payment or have any minimum score to enter the contest.  Have your taxidermist complete the scoresheet and then put that score on the registration form for the Texas Exotic Challenge.  Keep a copy of the scoresheet.  It will be required to win any prizes.
